Luke has more than 17 years of experience in the energy sector, with a unique blend of customer, engineering, commercial, and business development expertise spanning distribution, transmission, and generation projects. He has held senior executive roles at Ampol and AusNet Services, leading the development and delivery of complex, high-profile infrastructure projects.

Rachael brings over 18 years of experience as a commercial and financial leader in the energy and property sectors. Combining her passion for a just energy transition with a proven track record in delivering strategic partnerships and negotiating complex transactions. A Chartered Accountant with experience from roles at Lendlease, Shell and AXA.

Jason has more than 35 years of experience in construction, project management, maintenance, and operations. He has been instrumental in advancing sustainable energy solutions while ensuring reliability and operational excellence. Head of the Transmission Service Branch at Essential Energy for over two decades, Jason is recognised as a pioneer in developing zone substation maintenance regimes.

With nearly 40 years in the electricity supply industry, Rodney has held senior leadership roles delivering transmission, substation, and operations projects. At Essential Energy, he oversaw $1.2B in infrastructure, statewide operations, and strategic planning, leading high-performing teams to achieve critical outcomes.
