Jason's impact extends beyond project delivery; he is a pioneer in developing zone substation maintenance regimes that have garnered global recognition as best practices.

Karie brings extensive experience working on enterprise scale projects, having more recently spent 6 years working in Africa, where she led the strategy and delivery of major capital works. She is highly experienced in providing strategic leadership across business development, strategic planning, commercial, execution, operations, performance and risk management.

Karie has held pivotal roles in notable organisations such as Sanergy Inc., Greater Bank, and Commonwealth Bank, where she led transformational programs and ensured strategic alignment and successful delivery.

Demonstrating his ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results on a global scale.

Josh's role as the Manager of Asset Management at Essential Energy exemplified his commitment to excellence and innovation. Accountable for the delivery of network and asset strategies, network resilience, and reliability and ISO55001 certification.

Steve has over 34 years of experience in the electricity transmission and distribution industry. His journey from an electrical fitter mechanic to a seasoned professional in transmission line and substation design and construction, is testament to his expertise and dedication.

As the leader of Essential Energy's Sub Transmission design team and Capital works delivery for over a decade, Steve played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of energy infrastructure, delivering over 40 zone substations including 3,000km of 132kV and 66kV transmission lines.

Steve has worked to connect several major renewable infrastructure projects for solar and wind farms across Essential Energy’s network. His commitment to safety and delivery has solidified his reputation as a leader in the industry.

Ian is a seasoned professional who has built a reputation for delivering safe and effective programs and projects, while focusing on reducing  operating costs and increasing efficiency through people engagement and empowerment.

Ian builds and maintains strong relationships, providing clarity and control in both strategy and execution. He is known for his collaborative leadership style and his success in building capabilities, removing roadblocks to growth, and maximising team performance.

Her meticulous approach ensures seamless project execution, from coordinating logistics and developing documentation to managing transaction processes.

Sebastian Diaz is a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer and Digital Designer with a rich history of delivering innovative and visually compelling designs. With a Bachelor of Graphic Design from the University of Palermo and over a decade of experience in the industry, Sebastian has honed his skills across various disciplines, including branding, web design, UI/UX design, and 3D visualisation.

At Riviera Australia (2022-2023), Sebastian was responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's visual identity through branding design, UI/UX design, and 3D asset development. At Superdraft / VIZ360 (2015-2022), he excelled in project management, customer support, and 3D visualisation. As an Art Director at KNQ, Buenos Aires (2014-2015), he led a team of designers and oversaw project coordination. At Gameloft, Buenos Aires (2013-2014), he developed digital marketing artworks and 3D assets for mobile games.
